Visit www.freshgift.com to see where you can redeem your Gift Card/Savings Pass/promotional pass. In some cases your Savings Pass may be tied to a specific promotion and limited to a specific brand - please make sure to read the terms and conditions of the specific offer.

Redeeming your gift Gift Card/Savings Pass/Fresh Rewards Pass:
During checkout, simply enter or provide the 15-digit card number(s) and 4-digit security code(s) from the back of your card. On some cards, you'll need to scratch off the silver strip to reveal the numbers. If the amount of your purchase exceeds the amount of your Gift Card, you may pay the difference by entering another Gift Card (maximum varies by brand) or using a credit card.

What do I do if I can not find my PIN number?

What should I do if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
If a Gift Card is lost or stolen, we will credit only the balance remaining on the Gift Card. You must provide the serial number and other identifying details. We cannot provide a replacement card if you do not have your serial number available. Please call 1-800-993-1192 Monday – Friday from 8am-8pm EST.

What is your return policy on purchases made using Gift Cards?
You may return items for which you used Gift Cards in accordance with our regular Return Policy. After making a purchase, keep your Gift Card until you receive the item and are sure you're satisfied with it. If you return or cancel an order paid for by Gift Card, Savings Pass, or Fresh Rewards Pass the credit will bee issued to a new Gift Card, Savings Pass, or Fresh Rewards Pass.
